At Konkan Kosh, we’re not in the business of selling pickles....

We’re in the business of preserving something far more valuable —
the heritage, culture, and rich diversity of the Konkan.

“Kosh” means treasure. And for us, the real treasures are not jars on a shelf —

they are the sun-cured recipes passed down through generations,

the coastal soil that nurtures seasonal abundance,

the farmers who work with the rhythms of nature,

and the women whose hands carry forward traditions quietly and powerfully.

Our Roots

The Konkan region is a beautiful mix of flavors — raw mangoes cured under summer skies, lemons softened with time and spice, jackfruit ripened by the sea breeze.

These are not just ingredients.
They are stories.
They are memories.
They are identity.

Konkan Kosh was born from a simple belief:
that food should carry forward culture, not replace it.

Supporting the Hands Behind the Harvest

Every jar begins long before it reaches your table.

We work closely with local farmers, sourcing directly and ensuring fair pricing — because sustainability starts with dignity.

By planning through pre-orders and seasonal production, we reduce waste, buy in bulk from growers at the right time, and create stability in rural incomes.

We also partner with women artisans and self-help groups — from crafting bamboo packaging in Sindhudurg to participating in production — helping create meaningful local employment and financial independence.

Small Batches. Seasonal. Honest.

We don’t mass-produce.
We don’t chase uniformity.
We don’t compromise on authenticity.

We make what the season offers — when it offers it.

Because true flavor cannot be rushed.
